   Focused on the study of known foods to enhance their properties and to be able to apply them to medicine if applicable. It is also a project close to all farmers with less possibilities so that they have access to the best seeds and specimens in the fairest possible way.

The project is focused both on foods suitable for human consumption and specimens of plant or animal origin that may be susceptible to research and improvement.
